Before the event even began, we completed a site visit, had multiple phone calls and email discussions, and bumped in the day prior. Two staff spent nearly four hours on site unpacking all BYO stock, manually moving dozens of boxes, and building the bar from scratch. This is the reality of large events — and it’s important to ask yourself whether you truly have the time or capacity to do this on your wedding day.
