Hazelnut Baci.... a cocktail fit for a Queen!

Once upon a time, a long long time ago (I love these beginnings), when I was creating The Cocktail Queen I wanted to have a cocktail menu that was exclusive only to The Cocktail Queen on our premium menu. I wanted something decadent, gorgeous and sinfully seductive!! Something that would appeal to all, hence the creation of the 'Hazelnut Baci'.

So this cocktail is best done in a blender!!

30ml #baileysirishcream

20ml #chambord

20ml #cadburyschocolateliqueur

30ml #frangelico

120ml thickened cream

Couple of fresh raspberries

Handful of ice thrown into the blender

Blend, Blend, Blend.

Pour into a chocolate rimmed cocktail glass.

Sit back, put up your feet, take your cocktail (and whats left in the blender jug with you) and enjoy this cocktail fit for any Queen!!
