Glassware Hire for Every Occasion

Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, our glassware hire packages make it easy to serve drinks with elegance and ease. All glassware is delivered clean, sanitized, and securely packed in our mobile rack systems — ready for immediate use.


Here’s how it works:
•     Pre-delivery: Your glassware arrives 1–2 days before your event
•     Post-event pickup: We collect the glassware the day after or following your event, depending on finish time
•     Cleaning options: Choose to return glassware dirty for a small additional fee, or clean it yourself
•     Bond requirement: A refundable bond applies for large packages (90+ guests)


From wine and champagne to cocktail-specific glassware, we’ve got everything you need to keep your bar beautifully stocked and your guests sipping in style.

How to Hire

CHOOSE YOUR GUEST RATIO = CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE

Start by selecting the type of glassware that suits your event style:
•     Cocktail Only – perfect for mixology-focused events
•     Full Glassware – includes everything from wine to water glasses
•     General Glassware – ideal for standard beverage service
•     Acrylic Glassware – great for pool parties, 18ths, or outdoor celebrations, available on request.


Once you've chosen your glassware type, simply select the number of guests attending to find the perfect package size.

💡 Need bartenders or mixologists too?
If you're planning to hire staff along with your glassware, you'll need to book one of our BYO Party Packages:

BYO Cocktail Party – for events with both cocktails and general bar service

BYO Beverage Party – for events with general bar service only
Both packages include professional staff, glassware, and curated shopping lists to help you source all your ingredients with ease.


Please note: We do not provide shopping lists for glassware-only hire packages unless Cocktail Queen staff are booked as part of your event.

ADD YOUR EVENT EXTRAS

Now it’s time to customize your setup with optional add-ons to elevate your event experience:


•     Bar Top Tubs – stylish tubs to chill and display champagne or wine
•     Trestle Tables – perfect for bar setups, glassware stations, or service areas
•     Mobile Bar Units – a sleek, functional centerpiece for your beverage service


You can also opt to include the Post-Event Washing Fee at this stage, based on your selected glassware package size — so you can skip the cleanup and enjoy the celebration.

All pricing is inclusive of GST.

MAKE PAYMENT

To secure your glassware hire, a deposit of $350 is required to book.


If you're hiring a large glassware package (typically for weddings or major events) and need a custom quote or place setting glassware simply click on the link below for a quote.  


Additional details to note:
•     Delivery charges are  based on your location (see below)
•     Bonds apply for packages serving 90+ guests and are refundable post-event
•     Certain packages includes a set allowance for breakages — any excess will be deducted from your bond before refund

POST EVENT WASHING FEE

💦 Post-Event Glasswashing Service
Hate rinsing glasses after the party? We’ve got you covered. For an additional fee, you can return all glassware dirty and we’ll take care of the washing for you.


Pricing is based on guest count:
•     For 20–30 guests, the fee is $59
•     30–50 guests: $79
•     50–70 guests: $99
•     70–90 guests: $120
•     90–110 guests: $150
•     110–130 guests: $200
•     130–150 guests: $250
•     150–200 guests: $350


Simply select the glasswashing add-on when booking, and enjoy a stress-free pack-down after your event.


DELIVERY FEE

All essential equipment—including shaker systems, placemats, stock, and tables (if hired)—is pre-delivered for events within 0–35km of Melbourne CBD.

 

Delivery is a flat $79 fee, which also covers collection on the following day after your event.  If your event needs a late night pickup of glassware as you are hosting the event in a dry bar venue or air bnb late night pick up fees apply (see below).
 

For events located beyond 35km from Melbourne CBD, equipment will arrive and depart with your lead Instructing Mixologist on the day. However, if you prefer a pre-delivery setup, the following additional delivery fees apply:

36-45kms $99

46-55kms $120

56-90kms $160

91-110kms $200

To calculate delivery simply enter in to a google search, example: "South Melbourne to Berwick in kms".

You are able to select the option of pre-delivery on the booking form.
