Glassware Hire for Every Occasion
Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, our glassware hire packages make it easy to serve drinks with elegance and ease. All glassware is delivered clean, sanitized, and securely packed in our mobile rack systems — ready for immediate use.
Here’s how it works:
• Pre-delivery: Your glassware arrives 1–2 days before your event
• Post-event pickup: We collect the glassware the day after or following your event, depending on finish time
• Cleaning options: Choose to return glassware dirty for a small additional fee, or clean it yourself
• Bond requirement: A refundable bond applies for large packages (90+ guests)

How to Hire

How many guests?
We only hire glassware by the package - based on how many guests you have attending, not by the box or rack. Our glassware packages are designed to go hand in hand when hiring one of our Bartndrs, and we match the glassware according to the cocktails or beverages you require. We don't supply one glass of each type for each guest as that would be crazy and you would be inundated with glassware.
The glassware packages are for use only in a bar type setting, not a place setting. If you require glassware for place setting contact us for a quote.
The cheaper option is to hire an all inclusive BYO package that includes both the Bartndr hire and the glassware hire.

Choose type of glassware
We can supply you with just cocktail glassware for your event, general beverage glassware such as wine and champagne or ALL the glassware.

At time of booking you can also opt in if you would like to return your glassware dirty or clean. An additional post event washing fee applys to return glassware dirty.
You can also add on any bar tubs, champagne tubs, trestle tables, cloths also at time of booking.
A cheaper option is our BYO packages that already include the post event washing fee, tubs, tables and a menu and allow for set amount of breakages.

Securing your glassware.
To secure your glassware hire, a deposit of $350 is required to book.
If you're hiring a large glassware package (typically for weddings or major events), Bonds apply for packages serving 90+ guests and are refundable post-event
Certain packages includes a set allowance for breakages — any excess will be deducted from your bond before refund

Once your deposit is paid you will be sent an invoice for the remainder to be paid within 14 days that will include any delivery fees also.
We aim to make the process seamless so you can focus on hosting a spectacular event.

These packages are our most popular and include our standard glassware range of durable catering glassware.
These packages are for a standard bar setting - not table place setting. If you are wanting additional glassware for place settings please contact us for a quote.

• Standard Bar + Custom Signage – $450
Includes branded signage for a polished, on-theme presentation.
