Do you need glassware for your event!
Of course you do!
RETURN DIRTY
Really who wants to be washing and polishing glassware after a big night? We allow you at no extra cost to return the glassware dirty.
You simply place it all back into the rack system that it arrived in, and leave on your front porch the next day (or the day after if you need more time to recover) for quick, contactless collection.
WHY HIRE FROM TCQ?
If you are wanting cocktails to flow all night then 'Yes' you need to hire glassware. You can supply your own but if you don't have an adequate supply it WILL hinder the experience...and who wants a margarita served in a wine glass?
And if you are wanting to supply plastic cups of course you can do this, but it creates MASSIVE amounts of waste and then you have to worry about moving the waste. TCQ glassware is environmentally friendly, durable and consists of ALOT in the packages.
BREAKAGES ALLOWED
Breakages allowed. It's a given in this industry that glasses will get broken, lost or left in a toilet at an event!
We allow from 2 to 6 losses/breakages with our packages (all depends on what size package you are hiring).
A bond of $100 is required for all glassware packages greater than 90.
ESSENTIAL GLASSWARE HIRE PACKAGES
Our essential glassware hire packages consist of a range of durable high quality hospitality glassware for your events. We use brands such as Libbey, Bormioli, Spiegelau, Crown, Schott and more. The glassware arrives in professional hospitality rack systems, not boxes. They arrive clean and sanitzied ready for your event. Rack systems can be anywhere from 3 to 20 racks supplied depending on the size of your event and the type of glassware package you are hiring.
These packages are the most popular packages to hire for events. The contents of these packages are for use in a bar setting only, NOT individual table settings.
Please note: choice of brand of glass is not available and we don't supply photos in these packages (there's just way to many glasses to photograph). We pack your glassware hire package dependent on the cocktails you have chosen and the number of guests you have attending, and ultimately on the consumption variable of your guests... this which we discuss with you once you book. Our 20 plus years experience ensure you have plenty and the correct type of glassware for your event.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are calculated from our base in South Melbourne to your location. If you are unsure check on google maps the distance.
At time of quotation we will give you an accurate fee. No pick-ups permitted.

DELIVERY DETAILS
Yes we charge delivery fees for our glassware hire packages. Glassware does not arrive or depart at any time with staff.
Our delivery rates INCLUDE the pick-up also. It's a given we have to charge delivery considering the cost of petrol.
For all Saturday events we deliver on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, well ahead ready for the weekend.
You are notified the start of the your event week what day glassware will be delivered and again picked-up.
POST EVENT PICK-UP
All glassware is picked up post event from Sundays 12pm onwards.
All glassware plus any additional items you may have hired including bar top tubs, trestle tables, eskys etc must be placed left on the front porch or in another designated space.
All glassware needs to be placed back into the rack system before being left out. Again it doesn't have to be washed.
In some circumstances we may pick up on the Monday also.
