Booking your Champagne Tower
When you supply the alcohol and mixes for your DIY BYO Cocktail Class, you have full control over the brands and really the amount of alcohol you want to supply for the class. Our recommended shopping list is based on your total guest count, but some guests will always add more so guests can continue to make cocktails during the event.
Step 1.
Secure your Tower
Book your tower with a $350 deposit, by completing the booking form below. Your tower is not locked in unless we recieve payment in full or a deposit when you complete the booking form.
if you complete the form and then don't make payment it is not locked in. If you complete the form and choose the pay in full cash option - the payment must be made direct transfer/osko immediately.
Step 2.
Get Ready for the Pour
Once booked you will receive an automated email that will tell you how many bottles you need for your tower, what the host may do, how to create a magical moment and more. Just make sure you check your spam or junk folder for it.
You will also receive an invoice detailing when final amount is due - final amount is due 21 days prior to the event. This invoice will detail any additional delivery or late night pick up charges, along with host charges if booking a host.
Step 3.
Don't Panic!
As the big event approaches, don't panic if you don't hear from us. Your event may be one of up to 15 towers on any given Saturday and we don't finalise logistics until 2 weeks out with your event coordinator. We do contact them prior however as is standard industry practice, most supplier logistics are organised two weeks prior to your event.

To book your Champagne Tower from The Cocktail Queen ensure you complete the booking form below, with payment of $350 deposit. Your event is only booked once this form is completed and payment has been made AND access to the menus is only available once payment has been made.
Once payment has been made, you will receive an email giving you access to join this website to view the menus. Please ensure you check your junk/spam/other folder in case it lands there.
