Ginger Fling

One of all time favourite handcrafted cocktails is my own “Ginger Fling”... it’s sooooo hot in Melbourne today The weather demanded that I have one... so here’s how to make it...

1. Some quality tequila...I used mezcal 45mls

2. Lemon juice ice cubes- if you don’t have any premadesimply add some fresh lemon juice,

3. Fresh lime slices,

4. Some finely grated fresh ginger and lastly of course topped up with my favourite ginger beer... bunderberg ginger beer.

Seriously refreshing!!! And hers a Queens tip lemon juice ice cubes last for about 3 drinks!!!
