Our Master Mixologists have a minimum of 15 years experience within the industry and come equipped with bar kit and garnishing kit to shake, mix, muddle and swirl up your desired tastes for your next event.

MASTER MIXOLOGIST

MIXOLOGIST

$49.00/hr - Highly skilled cocktail mixer, shaker and maker. A Mixologist will mix up a selection of cocktails for your event. They come equipped with cocktail shaker in hand, blender, and other essential bar equipment . They are trained in RSA (responsible service of alcohol) and work from behind a bar only.

BAR STAFF

$39.00/hr - Trained with RSA, bar staf will serve your beverages, beer wine and spirits from the bar for you and your guests. Great personality and highly efficient at customer service, these staff will also provide walk through or table service to your guests.

WAIT STAFF

Food Supervisor $40.00/hr - – Highly organised and efficient, the food supervisor, prepares the food products in the kitchen and ensures that food is served in the correct order and at the correct time. They ensure the event runs smoothly, liasing with the host and directing food wait staff accordingly. Holding current level 2 food safety handling licences, the food supervisor is required for all events where food preparation is required.Food Waiter –$30.00/hr - Trained with Food Safety Licences, these staff work the floor of your function. Serving food, removing used plates, and general front of house duties, these staff members are most valuable to any event.
