Meet the Team
We have a pretty dynamic and reliable team at Cocktail Queen that work front of house and back of house making it all happen for your events. We have a very dedicated team of Mixologists who undertake lengthy hands on and in house training with us. We don't hire from temp agencys and all our staff are employed directly by us. Our staff are in high demand and our Masters book out well in advance. We pride our selves also on placing the right staff to the right client base on their skill set. We know the value of our staff and our pricing reflects that.

Founder and Director of The Cocktail Queen and franchisor of TCQ Franchising, you may see me at some events occassionally, but I am operating more behind the scences these days ensuring that the business is ticking along fine and growing throughout Australia, via our franchise model.

Operations and Delivery

Jay's the man behind the scenes that does a lot of the logistics in getting your equipment ready for your event. And trust us that's no easy feat especially in peak season when we are averaging around 15 events per week. Jay is also Director of the venue 'Queens Cocktail Bar' in South Melbourne, which is home to The Cocktail Queen.
When he's not working you WILL find him on a golf course, or watching his beloved Demons at the MCG.

Chief Accounting Officer

Tony has the serious job of making sure the money comes in and the money goes out correctly, keeping our P & L's in fine form, and tracking the KPI's across the company.
His vast amount of knowledge in business, accounting and corporation development makes him a valuable member of our crew.
When he's not checking the figures, he's catching up with Jay having Pina Coladas, and watching the Crows at Adelaide Oval!

Tegan
The first Franchisee of The Cocktail Queen!
Tegan and her team service much of the Northern, City and Western Region of Melbourne. She is the host with the most and can run your event effortlessly. We luv, luv, luv Tegan and everything she brings to Cocktail Queen!
When she's not creating those fabulous cocktails, she is winning at water polo and waiting patiently for Carlton to make the finals again!

One of our original crew members of The Cocktail Queen Will has been with Cocktail Queen for over 5 years.
Reliable, efficient, charasmatic and sophisticated, Will brings old skool service to your event, thats professional yet personable to your needs.
Will is always in demand, and is perfect for intimate cocktail partys, weddings, engagements and large events.

Seth
Master Mixologist
When you want a barman with style, charisma, efficiency and great conversation then Seth is the man for the event.
Working now for The Cocktail Queen for a number of years, Seth is in high demand for many events, and is only available to hire as a Master Mixologist. His attention to detail has allowed him to perfect the craft of cocktail making. When he's not shaking up that perfect Amaretto sour, he's studying to become a barrister, and joining Jay at the MCG to watch the Demons destroy Collingwood.

Jordy
Senior Mixologist
Shaking up the best cocktails that Cocktail Queen has to offer is Jordan. Suave, cool and sports cultured, Jordan is in high demand for many of our hens partys, mini mixology and birthday events.
When Jordan is not shaking it up with Cocktail Queen, he's dedicated to keeping his body in fine form playing football, with aspirations to one day play in the AFL.
