Booking Form

The booking form is to be completed below for a champagne tower with 15% discount for all those that entered the champagne tower competition at the Melbourne Bridal Expo.  The 15% will be reflected in the invoice one the deposit is received. 

A $100 non-refundable booking deposit is required. 

This booking form is only available for use for all bookings received by the 31st January 2024.  Your event can be anytime in 2024 or 2025.
