My name is Nicole Treffers and I formulated the unique business model which is 'The Cocktail Queen' in Adelaide in 2001, and haven't looked back. With thousands of events undertaken since then, we now have clients that include major corporations in media, tourism and education, along with a huge private sector, inclusive of VIP's and celebrities.
I built Cocktail Queen on the foundation and premise to provide amazing customer service through highly trained staff and quality cocktails, all delivered through affordable cocktail packages, that enable every person of every income bracket to enjoy a cocktail party! I can now say I have achieved that. So much so that the demand for Cocktail Queen services is phenomenal and overwhelmingly high that we book out our busiest months nearly 6 months in advance, and take bookings up to 2 years in advance. I spent the better part of covid lockdown in Melbourne fine tuning the systems, researching franchising, writing an operations manual and dedicating the time to developing a great franchise model, so I can offer a franchise that brings a lifestyle that is sociable, entertaining, flexible and financially rewarding.
I won't deny it, I have built a great system. A system that really only requires 2-3 days work a week for events. People actually question if I do work.. the answer is "Yes", but I along with my dedicated team of staff are working when everyone else is partying. I learn't a long time ago that I could never do a 9-5, but I could do a 6-12am two or three days a week to earn great money and do what I love albeit making cocktails. Sure it's some late nights, some crazy events, and long hours some weekends, but it's worth it when you are doing what you love.
I'm so committed to this franchise, that I have enacted some never before seen features in a franchise including a central booking facility that ensures you don't miss those important inquiries and that you get paid before each event everytime! The system is so seemless it allows franchisees to dedicate themselves to the art of cocktail making. central booking facility with your own dedicated website
Cocktail Queen franchise is unique in that we operate a Central Booking facility. You don't have to worry about taking bookings... and trust us those calls do come in when your at an event! It's like having your own personal PA to handle your inquiries and bookings... allowing you to focus on making and shaking those cocktails, and creating that Cocktail Queen experience for your client.
Each Franchisee has their own specific landing website complete with domain.
The Process
to becoming a Cocktail Queen.
Starting a business requires a lot of work but we have streamlined the process to make it easy to get you up and running in your business in no time, with a great support system, included setup services and training program.

COMPLETE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM
Your starting step is to complete the expression of interest form below.
Once this is completed we will send you an online PDF franchise information kit which will detail information about royalty fees, how much it costs to operate any business, additional costs (such as a van), territories, and lead generation, along with the entry levels available.
You are also sent a NDA (non-disclosure agreement), for you to complete and send back if you are wanting to progress to step 2.

VIEW STANDARD FRANCHISE AGREEMENT & DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT
We send you are standard base franchise agreement and disclosure document for you to view (along with some other docs we must send you by law). During this time feel free to ask us any questions, sit down with us to discuss and negotiate.
During this time we also make you privy to our marketing training as per our Franchisee Operations Manual.
Following discussions if you decide to continue you MUST seek independent advice also regarding these documents.

COMPLETE OFFICIAL APPLICATION FORM
This form is only completed if you are ready to become a Cocktail Queen.
Once this is completed you do need to engage the services of our Preferred Franchise Accountant to establish your business setup, ready for trade.
Your business setup is used to complete the the legal Franchise Agreement.

SIGN FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
Your contract commences on the day you sign and make payment (as per your entry level).
You then undertake a 14 day cooling off period. During this time onboarding commences, of which you commence onboarding training, prior to official training. Your marketing collaterol is ordered, equipment is ordered, website and email system is setup, you accouting software is setup, uniform is ordered and more...to get you ready for trade.

Your officially a Cocktail Queen, time to start shaking it up!
Your 10 day training officially starts, your online promotion campagine begins, along with the coordination of your official launch party!
