Booking Form

The booking form below is linked directly to payment.  Please note that your booking IS NOT secure until a $250 deposit has been received.  Once payment has been received you will be recieve and email that details access to view the cocktail menus.  You will also be sent an invoice detailing your payment. This invoice will also detail any additional delivery or travel charges based on the location of the event that you enter on the booking form. Final payment is not due until 10 days prior to the event.

Staff & Glassware Hire Booking Form

Ensure that the venue contact details are correct as this is the person we get in touch with for delivery of glassware and ALSO pick-up.  Our delivery drivers are in direct contact with these people.  If the event is not being held at your house ensure that you enter the details of the person who resides at the house so we can organise delivery and pickup. 

The total time is what is billable and will be placed on the invoice, as per your selections below, including the prep time, and pack down time.  If you don't add in a the prep and pack down time, it will be automatically allocated as all bars need prep and pack down.  

If you are just wanting exactly as per email quote, simply click as per email quote, you don't have to fill in the rest.  If you require more staff please detail in section at end of booking form.  IF YOU ARE ONLY HIRING GLASSWARE PLEASE COMPLETE THE NEXT SECTION.
