Our curated packages combine professional bar staffing, signature beverage service, and elegant food service — from roving canapés and grazing tables to full-service waitstaff. Whether you choose our BYO model or a fully catered beverage package, we provide the structure, expertise, and premium setup that ensures your event runs flawlessly.


From senior mixologists and bartenders to experienced food waiters and event supervisors, our team elevates your launch or VIP night with service that feels intentional, efficient, and guest‑focused. This is the Cocktail Queen standard: refined, reliable, and built for impact.

VIP EVENT PACKAGES

COMPLETE VIP PACKAGE

40 OR LESS GUESTS

This package includes;

✅ 1 x Senior Bartender for full event duration, including complete bump‑in, full setup, and end‑of‑night pack‑down
✅ Cold Finger Food Selection — approx. 3 pieces per person, with a senior food waiter providing roaming service and serviettes supplied
✅ Champagne Flute Hire — all glassware supplied, delivered, and collected post‑event
✅ Beverage Service — Prosecco and Limoncello Spritz, beer selection, bottled water, and soft drink, with all beers pre‑chilled prior to service.  All alcohol and mixes supplied.
✅ Back‑of‑House Setup — full BOH organisation, all tubs filled and iced, alcohol stored and chilled in the back area
✅ Bar Setup — small trestle table bar included (clothed if required) with bar‑top tubs for premium presentation of sparkling and beer
✅ All Licensing & Insurance Requirements Covered — RSA‑certified staff, full public liability insurance, and compliance with Victorian liquor service regulations
✅ Complete Rubbish Removal — all bar‑related waste, bottles, cans, packaging, and service disposables removed and managed post‑event

3 Hour Service Package

COMPLETE VIP PACKAGE

40 TO 70  GUESTS

This package includes;

✅ 2 x Senior Bartenders for full event duration, including complete bump‑in, full setup, and end‑of‑night pack‑down

✅ A second Senior Bartender included to ensure fast, efficient service and premium guest experience, for roaming bar service.
✅ Full glassware hire — wine glasses, champagne flutes, whiskey/rocks glasses.
✅ Complimentary shopping list tailored to your guest numbers, helping you stock the perfect BYO selection of wine, beer, and sparkling
✅ A4 framed menu detailing your chosen wine, sparkling, and beer selections for display on the bar
✅ Bar Setup — small trestle table bar included (clothed if required) with bar‑top tubs for premium presentation of sparkling and beer

Additional Bump in and Back‑of‑House Setup — full BOH organisation, all tubs filled and iced, alcohol stored and chilled in the back area.  This is required for CBD offices and retail locations. 
✅ Off‑site post‑event glassware washing and additional pack-down time included.

FEES

TRAVEL FEE

Our travel fees reflect the time, distance, and fuel costs incurred by our team, who use their own vehicles to attend events. These fees are based on travel from our South Melbourne head office, but our staff may be travelling in from outer suburbs to your event, so we need to ensure that our valued staff are fairly compensated for time spent on the road.


🚗 Travel Fees
For events within 11–45km:
A flat collective fee applies, regardless of the number of staff attending.

- 0–10km: $0

-11-20km: $59 (collective fee)

- 21-35km: $79 (collective fee)
- 36–45km $99 (collective fee)

For events 46km and over:
A per-person travel fee applies due to extended travel times. Please contact us for a quote.

🅿️ Melbourne CBD Parking
A $39 parking fee applies to all Melbourne CBD events—this covers access to secure parking facilities regardless of whether a dedicated bay is provided.

📍 Please note: Any locations outside of these tier areas are subject to quotation only.  We still service these areas, though only upon request.


✨ All delivery fees include next-day pickup of equipment, so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
Because our base is located within the Tier 1 zone, delivery fees are calculated to reflect travel time and distance. This ensures fair pricing while allowing us to provide reliable, timely service wherever your celebration takes place.

Should you need a late night pickup we can provide for an additional fee, otherwise all pickups are next day.
