Professional Mixologists for your event for service duration, prep, pack down and bump in.

Pre-event day bar setup. Complete bump in of all equipment and bar setup one day prior to event. Loading of all tubs with stock and ice, setting up bar displays and back bar.

On the day of event: extended Additional Bar Prep and Setup Time undertaken by several key staff.

Extended pack down time on top of your service time included, and post event next day bump out of all equipment plus general tidy up of bar area.

All Glassware and Barware Included. Includes selection of wine, champagne, rocks and cocktail glassware to match your cocktail selection.

Off Site Post Event Washing Fee - return glassware dirty. Set breakages allowed and no bond required.

HOW TO BOOK

Securing Your Booking
Booking a BYO package with Cocktail Queen is simple, transparent, and designed to give you complete confidence leading into your event. Our pricing reflects the true cost of delivering a premium, high‑volume bar service — including award‑level staff, superannuation, insurance, administration, logistics, and the many hours of preparation that happen long before we arrive on site. Bar staff are no longer $25‑per‑hour casuals; our team is highly trained, professionally presented, and in extremely high demand. These packages are built from 20+ years of industry experience, and every staffing level, glassware quantity, and service inclusion is intentionally calculated to ensure smooth, efficient service for all guests.
Our BYO packages are structured on the assumption that all guests will be drinking, and each package includes the correct amount of glassware to support your guest count. To secure your date, simply complete our online booking form and pay the $600 deposit. We do not hold dates or allocate staff without payment — availability is strictly first in, first served. We also offer payment plan instalments, and on selected BYO packages we provide a discount for upfront payment in full. If you love a good deal, just reach out and ask.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive exclusive access to our curated cocktail menus. Your BYO package includes complimentary access to our Pick ’n Mix Menu — choose your cocktails, and we’ll send you a comprehensive shopping list covering every ingredient, garnish, and even the bags of ice required. If you’d prefer us to bring ice on the day, we can arrange that too.
We then schedule a site inspection to walk through your venue, confirm the best bar location, and ensure a seamless setup. Please note: our pricing does not include bar hire. We work exclusively with Slide Productions in Cremorne for bar units www.slideproductions.com

FEES
TRAVEL FEE
Our travel fees reflect the time, distance, and fuel costs incurred by our team, who use their own vehicles to attend events. These fees are based on travel from our South Melbourne head office, but our staff may be travelling in from outer suburbs to your event, so we need to ensure that our valued staff are fairly compensated for time spent on the road.
🚗 Travel Fees
For events within 11–45km:
A flat collective fee applies, regardless of the number of staff attending.
- 0–10km: $0
-11-20km: $59 (collective fee)
- 21-35km: $79 (collective fee)
- 36–45km $99 (collective fee)
For events 46km and over:
A per-person travel fee applies due to extended travel times. Please contact us for a quote.

A $39 parking fee applies to all Melbourne CBD events—this covers access to secure parking facilities regardless of whether a dedicated bay is provided.

📍 Please note: Any locations outside of these tier areas are subject to quotation only. We still service these areas, though only upon request.
✨ All delivery fees include next-day pickup of equipment, so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
Because our base is located within the Tier 1 zone, delivery fees are calculated to reflect travel time and distance. This ensures fair pricing while allowing us to provide reliable, timely service wherever your celebration takes place.
Should you need a late night pickup we can provide for an additional fee, otherwise all pickups are next day.
