  • Travel Fees: Applicable travel fees are to be added at step 5.

  • Public Holidays: The rates below are not applicable for public holiday bookings. For public holiday bookings, please contact us directly.

  • As  a rule of thumb for events upto 40 guests you will need 1 Senior Mixologist, 2 Senior Mixologists for upto 70 guests, 3 Senior Mixologists for upto 90 guests.  For events of 90+ guests, please contact us for a tailored quote.  The below service packages are not for events exceeding 90 guests.  Please also note we WILL NOT ACCEPT bookings whereby less staff have been hired for large events i.e hiring just one mixologist for 90 people. If you feel your event is going to be busy with service also add on a Junior Mixologist to assist in general cocktail service, glass collecting and washing and general bar service. Junior Mixologists CANNOT be hired solo.

STEP 1

BOOK YOUR PREP TIME

Before your mixologist can begin serving, prep time must be booked. This is a compulsory step, as no mixologist can be hired without it. Prep time ensures your bar is fully set up and ready to deliver a seamless guest experience.
During prep time, your mixologist will:
•     Lay out all required glassware
•     Cut and prepare garnishes
•     Arrange bartending equipment and liquor
•     Batch cocktails or ingredients if required (though fresh service is always preferred)
•     Fill bar tubs with champagne and beers, and set up self-serve wine stations
•     Set up the blender station (if needed)
•     Prepare drinks or cocktails on trays, ready for guest arrival

It’s simply not fair—or practical—to expect a mixologist to walk in and start serving immediately. Prep time guarantees that everything is organized, chilled, and beautifully presented before the first drink is poured. Prep time is compulsory with all Mixologist only hire bookings.

Recommended Prep Time:
•     The amount of prep time required depends on your guest numbers (see prep time packages).
•     You will only need 1 Senior Mixologist to prep for your event.

STEP 2

SENIOR MIXOLOGIST HIRE

BOOK YOUR SERVICE TIME

Once your prep time is secured, the next step is to book the service duration for your event. This is the period during which your mixologist will be actively serving guests.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Choose the exact number of service hours you need.

  • Multiple Mixologists: You can add more than one mixologist to your booking, tailoring coverage to your guest numbers and event flow.

  • Example: For a party of 60 guests running from 6:00–11:00pm, you might book:

    • One mixologist from 6:00pm for 5 hours of service

    • A second mixologist starting at 6:30pm for 4.5 hours of service, ensuring smooth service even if guests arrive later.

STEP 3

OPTIONAL SERVICE ADD-ONS

Looking to elevate your event? You can enhance your booking with one of our specialist team members:
•     Master Mixologist: Add at any time for exceptional service, charisma, and signature cocktail artistry. Perfect for creating bespoke drinks and delivering a truly unforgettable guest experience.
•     Junior Mixologist: Available only when your event has 60 or more guests. Juniors provide valuable support behind the bar under the guidance of a Senior or Master Mixologist, helping with cocktail prep, glassware management, and basic bartending tasks.

👉 Simply click the links below to add on a Master or Junior Mixologist to your package and tailor your bar team to suit your event.

Note: If you don’t require any add-ons, proceed directly to Step 4 to add the travel fee.
