The taste of the moment... Vanilla Vodka, Passionfruit Liqueur and Sugar Syrup, Shaken over ice and strained into a martini glass.  Garnished with a Passionfruit half, and washed down with the classic Prosecco chaser.

MOJITO
Muddled mint, limes and sugar syrup, built over chilled Bacardi Rum, Topped with Soda Water.
Garnished with more mint and limes.  Truly refreshing cocktail.
