So your having a hens party here's everything you need to know about our hens party packages, including any additional costs.

Mixologists; for the following number of guests..

  • 15-22 guests only 1 Mixologist is in attendance.

  • For 23 to 30 guests 2 or more Mixologists are in attendance or 1 Master Mixologist may be in attendance.

Travel charges ARE applicable to locations in Melbourne

- Inner Melbourne/Gold Coast is $29.00 (Suburbs located upto 10kms from city CBD)

- Outer Melbourne Suburbs/Gold Coast is $49.00 (Suburbs located greater then 11km from CBD but less then 29kms)

- Out-Out Melbourne/Gold Coast is $69.00 (Suburbs located greater then 30kms from CBD but less then 50kms)

- Regional Melbourne/Gold Coast is $99.00 (Suburbs or locations greater then 51kms and upto 70kms away from CBD)

Anything over 70km is to be quoted - Regional Rates apply to Geelong, Yarra Valley, Dandenong Ranges, Portsea, Scenic Rim and Brisbane.

Travel to Geelong, Sorrento is $120 per staff person.  Travel to Ocean Grove, Torquay,  Portsea, Phillip Island is $150 per staff person.  

We charge a travel fee so our staff are compensated for travelling these distances.  We ensure we always assign the right person for the right event - we don't purely assign staff because they are in your location, staff are assigned to events based on their experience and your requirements and to compensate for a lot of travelling of which our staff do.  We immensely value our staff and they are compensated for time spent in a car to and from for certain events, especially long distances. Travel fees apply for waiters/strippers, puppeteers, florists etc and TCQ staff.

Regarding CBD events - a parking fee of $29.00 is applicable to CBD locations to assist in staff parking charges. This is a given considering parking is horrendous is CBD locations. 

For delivery of equipment to CBD events the client must also make available an allocated parking spot for the head staff person for ease of unloading any glassware, barware equipment, in to the apartment - we cant park 900m down the road and transport equipment back and forth, so this space or a designated loading zone space must be allocated for both unloading and reloading.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are 'set in stone' as above and are 'very very competitive', though if your party exceeds 38 girls we will ensure another topless waiter is in attendance.

  • To book only a $150 deposit is required, there is no additional deposit required to book the topless waiter.

  • Final payment is not due until 14 days prior - at the 14 day mark we contact you to confirm how many guests in attendance of which we then adjust the invoice so you can pay.  We accept credit card or direct deposit.  All credit card payments incur a 1.5% fee.

  • If you are worried that you might not get the minimum number of guests many hens party hosts increase the price per head when they send out the invites to cover this or any additional hens party costs such as decorations etc.  If you are catering for 25 girls to attend expect around 18 to rsvp.

  • Once you book, we send you an email to login to our website (this one), of which you get to choose all your menus - that's the fun stuff.

Hens Party Games 

  • Upon booking you will receive a complimentary hens party games pack sent directly to your door prior to the event.   It includes 4 hens party games exclusive only to The Cocktail Queen.

  • You can choose to either host the games or the topless waiter - we dont host the games.


  • We've been making cocktails now for a long time, over 15 years in Melbourne and The Cocktail Queen herself personally for 25 years (shes old-er but doesn't look it lol).  

  • Our staff are Mixologists, really all they do is.... make cocktails!  And we have staff that have been with us a long time, so you can be sure that the drinks are great, plenty to choose from and no pre-made cocktail mixes.

  • Upon booking  you get to choose your top 10 from a menu of 20, but that's not to say the Mixologist wont make some of the others along with your top 10. And they're served continuously for the duration of the event.

  • And the menu includes all the favourites; Daiquiris, Margaritas, Cosmos, Espresso Martinis and ample more.


  • Prizes are not included.  We are affiliated with Sexyland Australia of which you can receive discount when you purchase your hens party prizes from them online. Once you book we send you the discount voucher to receive discount on all online purchases from Sexyland.

Topless waiters and strippers.

  • We work exclusively with Magic Men Australia whose waiters are reliable, entertaining and professional.

  • These packages include semi naked men - please ensure you advise guests prior of their semi nakedness.

  • Choice is not available.

  • If you decide to book a topless waiter with the mixology class keep in mind that if you have him there for the 2  hours during the class, he really will only be standing around looking good - they are not as per RSA requirements allowed to partake in the class.  We suggest if you book the topless waiter for a mixology class then get him to arrive 1/2 hour prior to the class finishing, that way he can start serving  any additional beverages you may have.  

  • Final confirmation of arrival time of all topless waiters and strippers are confirmed with you on the actual day of the event.   At time of booking you complete the booking form of which you can choose the start time of your entertainment of which we then lock the date and time in for you.

Puppetry of The Penis

  • Yes this is a full frontal nude show. So if you have guests that easily offend and don't want to partake in the viewing of the show they are welcome to attend but just sit the show out however the price remains the same. 

  • Make sure you check with the bride prior to having this and ensure she would like this at her hens.  We are not responsible for any bride leaving her own hens party because she doesn't want to watch the show.  We don't offer refunds for the show.

  • We have worked with Puppetry for now 12 years and the show is amazing, very entertaining!!  You can book any of these packages through Cocktail Queen or Puppetry Private Parties website.


  • We do provide all of the above for non-drinkers, with an array of non-alcoholic mocktails available for $10 cheaper.  

  • The mocktail menu is a set menu available once booked.

Mini Mixology - Masterclass Mixology - Flower Crown Workshops

  • The Mixologists will take you through all the steps and are also very easy and entertaining to get along with.  You will be guaranteed a great experience with our cocktail classes.

  • The mini mixology menu introduces your guests to mixology, and they will be shaking, building and shooting cocktails, and you can choose your top 4 from a menu of about 15. This menu is available only once booked.

  • The Masterclass Mixology Menu is for those serious cocktail lovers who will be muddling, shaking, mixing and designing their own cocktails, again from a list of which you can choose your top 4 from, plus you get to design and drink your own at the end of the class.  This menu is available once booked. 

  • ​For the Flower Crown events and Mixology classes we aim to setup 1 day prior as its  quite a large setup.  We bring all the tables, table cloths, shakers, glassware etc, so when your guests turn up (normally before our staff arrive on the day), they are dazzled by the wow factor of the setup!! - It looks great once set up.  For Flower crown classes and Mixology Master Classes - chairs are also included.  Mini Mixology chairs are not included - theirs so much shaking theirs no time to be seated!!

  • The setup is quite large so you will need a fair amount of space, an allocated space where if there is spillage by a guest its not going to ruin any carpet.  Many hosts set it up on back verandahs, alfresco areas, carports or indoors where flooring is not an issue, because trust us, someone will forget to place the lid on their shaker when shaking and will end up with cocktail mix all over them - funny to see, not so great to clean up for the host.

  • If setup is in an apartment or CBD, please note space may be limited, so check prior. Air BnB and Holiday rentals  may not let us setup until the actual day so we need to know this.  There is a space on the booking form when booking to inform us of your party location and all the details we need to know.  Regional areas are setup on the day.  We are affiliated with in Portsea who have a host of great houses on the Mornington Peninsula of which you can book directly and we can turn up and host your hens party at.  Contact Bayplay directly to arrange housing and tell them The Cocktail Queen sent you.


  • For those packages above that don't include food, that's not to say you shouldn't have some at the event.  Its our experience that many hosts prefer to put on their own food, and let our Mixologists concentrate on the cocktails and were perfectly fine with this.  Alternatively you can also purchase grazing platters for guests from us for an additional $29pp, which we line the tables with and look AMAZING!! 

High Tea Packages

  • The high tea setup kit is normally set up on the day as a buffet help your self style.  If you would like a full sit down service with tables and chairs the price is an additional $60 hire price for upto 40 people.  In some circumstances we will setup the day prior. You can also hire the high tea kit from us with DIY cakes provided.​

  • The high tea package includes an extensive array of high tea petite sweets including but not limited to lemon meringue, chocolate addictions, fresh fruit tarts, cupcakes, raspberry almondines, berry cheesecakes, caramel and macadamia tart, and heaps more.

  • The menu comprises of both gluten free items and standard bakery items. The menu will also alert you to those items containing nuts also.Again you get to choose all this once you book and complete your selection form.
