So finally the fun stuff. Now is the time for you to choose one of our preset BYO menus. Our preset menus are menus that we know work!! They have been put together based on our experience and knowledge of what we know guests like at partys.
Our preset menus have been designed to minimise the different types of ingredients you have to purchase, and they have been limited to only 6 cocktails each. It is from our experience the more cocktails on a menu the more wastage of ingredients. If you have a menu of 10 different cocktails you will find that guests will progress to try them all! However, if they taste one they simply dont like they end up discarding the drink down the drain or leaving it on a bench for staff to pickup later. When there are extensive cocktail menu selections, guests will always gravitate to what they know best... an espresso martini, a spritz, a fruit tingle etc.
Note the amount of ingredients is based on the assumption that wine and beer will also be present. Should you have 30-40 guests attending for 4 hours but think that your guests are not going to drink for the 4 hours, then we advise at purchasing only alcohol for 3 hours. The consumption rate of your guests is based on your own knowledge - you know your guests the best.
SWEET SENSATIONS COCKTAIL MENU
This menu is a sweeter style menu, and is most popular with a younger crowd of guests. These cocktails look great, they are all different colours so visually enticing! This menu is the least expensive to purchase.
FRUIT TINGLE
Vodka, Blue Curacao, Triple Sec, poured over ice and topped up with Lemonade and Grenadine.
Served in a tall glass.
PINK PUSSY CAT
Vodka, hint of Triple Sec, Pineapple Juice and Grenadine, shaken and strained into a martini glass.
ESPRESSO MARTINI
The quick coffee hit. Vodka and our favourite Espresso Mixer. Shaken to perfection to achieve that perfect frothy layer. Garnished with coffee beans, served in a martini glass.
DELUSION
Melon Liqueur, Vodka and hint of Triple Sec, poured over ice and topped up with Pineapple Juice and Lemonade.
Served in a tall glass.
VODKA SUNRISE
Vodka, Triple Sec, poured over ice and topped up with Orange Juice and drizzled with Grenadine.
Served in a tall glass.
SUMMER HUMMER
Vodka and a hint of Triple Sec, poured over ice and topped with Raspberry Lemonade. Served in a short glass.

This menu is the perfect summer fun menu for those wanting a selection of well known and delectable cocktails This menu includes blended, poured and shaken cocktails.
BLUE OASIS
Blue Curacao, Triple Sec, poured over ice and topped up with Lemonade. Served in a sugar rimmed martini glass.
STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
Blended bliss of Bacardi Rum, Triple Sec, Strawberry Mix and Strawberry Liqueur. Served in the classic daiquiri glass, garnished with strawberry on the side.
ESPRESSO MARTINI

PASSIONFRUIT PINA COLADA
Melon Liqueur and Coconut Rum, Shaken with Coconut Cream and Pineapple Juice. Poured with ice into a tall glass, then completed with drizzled Passionfruit Pulp.

Tequila, Triple Sec, poured over ice and topped up with Orange Juice and drizzled with Grenadine.

APEROL SPRITZ
Aperol Aperitif, poured over ice and topped with Prosecco and Soda. Garnished with fresh orange slices. Served in a tall wine glass.
CLASSIC SUMMER COCKTAIL MENU
This menu consists of classic summer cocktails with new favourites that are a little more intricate in workmanship. This menu is ideal for an older group of guests with something for everyone.
MOJITO
Muddled Mint, Sugar Syrup and Fresh Limes, Bacardi over ice and topped with Soda Water. Served in a large glass. Add a splash of rose syrup to make a Rose Mojito.
STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
Blended bliss of Bacardi Rum, Triple Sec, Strawberry Mix and Strawberry Liqueur. Served in the classic daiquiri glass, garnished with strawberry on the side.
PORNSTAR MARTINI
The newest martini in town! Vanilla Vodka, Sugar Syrup, Passionfruit Liqueur, twist of lime shaken and strained into martini glass. Topped with prosecco, and garnished with Passionfruit pulp.
SEX ON THE BEACH
Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Cranberry and Orange Juice, shaken over ice and strained into a sugar rimmed martini glass.
MARGARITA
A blended cocktail of Tequila, Margarita Mix and Triple Sec. Served in a classic tequila salted rimmed Margarita glass, with slice of lime to garnish.
PINK GIN SPRITZ
Pink Gin, poured over ice and topped with Prosecco and Soda. Garnished with fresh strawberry pieces. Served in a tall wine glass.
