HOW MUCH CHAMPAGNE?
That all depends on what type of pour you are doing. Are you doing a full pour or part pour?
A part pour is essentially only using a small number of bottles to pour the first few tiers and is usually for a photo opportunity. Ideal if you are having it at the reception.
A full pour is when each glass is completely full and dispersed to guests to enjoy the toast.
When you book, we will provide you with an email detailing how much champagne you need to purchase based on your tower size and type of pour. It also details what type of champagne you should purchase, when to pour the tower, and pouring instructions.
Your venue will either supply the champagne or allow you to bring in the champagne yourself...though you will need to check with the venue first.

DO I NEED A CHAMPAGNE TOWER HOST TO ASSIST IN POURING?
That all depends on your venue requirements. The majority of venues don't require our staff on site, but if they do we are happy to assist. Price is $240 for 3 hours, or $300 for 4 hours.
Our staff are on site to ensure bottles are popped and ready for the pour, disperse the tower once poured, collect all glassware following dispersal and pack down the tower. This process can take 3-4 hours depending on the size of the tower.
For all Grand Towers we strongly advise at having a champagne tower host to assist in the pouring of the tower.
BREAKAGES
We only charge for breakages or losses exceeding 3 glasses for towers upto 7 tiers, and 6 glasses for 8-12 tiers.
Does the tower ever fall down? This has only happened twice from hundreds of hires, and was due to client error not taking our advice as to where to place the tower. Don't hire towers for 18th disco partys and don't place a tower directly in front of the bar where men forget that it's there and walk straight through it!
Our towers are very sturdy, and if you are worried you can place bollards around it. We a Cocktail Queen champagne tower host is on site they also assist in ensuring no one bumps into it.
